Round Top Festival Institute

The Round Top Festival Institute is a performing arts center established in 1971 by pianist James Dick in Round Top, Texas. Round Top is a 6 week festival that brings together young musicians from around the United States for rigurous orchestral and chamber music training and performances. Over these 6 weeks, 50 unique programs are presented by students, faculty and collaborative ensembles featuring side-by-side performances.
